Yesterday was a little bit crazy, but if you go to southwest.com you can get cheap flights to Vegas and join me 10/23 (after 10p to the evening of 10/27) and party for not so much. Check out the front splash page!

It's a pretty good deal.

Update 10.7.13
Hey y'all!
I think I'm pretty sure what the deal will be for my birthday jam.
I've heard back from most people, so I don't think this will throw a monkey into anyone's wrench, but here's what I think I know.
After arriving SW on 10/23 around 10p, I will stay at the Quad the 23rd and 24th and check out the morning of the 25th. That afternoon I will move to the Hooters Casino and check out on the morning of the 27th.
That's what I've been able to finagle thus far.
I have one friend potentially staying on the 23rd (when we will probably also do Fremont Street and Old Vegas) and I have another guest potentially joining me for my weekend at Hooters. Ha!
As of now I'm guessing we will head back to LA Sunday Afternoon / Evening (27th).
If anyone was planning on Monday/Tuesday, please let me know and I'll keep looking around, but based on response, this seems like the plan.

A Little Clarification . . .
Hey kids,
In a little over three weeks I’m doing that Birthday Jam in
Vegas.
I’ll actually be in NorCal on the day. Don’t forget, I’ve
moved my trip back 1 week.
So I’ll be in Vegas the evening of 10/23 and I’ll be staying
at the Quad until Friday morning (10/25).
In that room I have 2 Queen beds, so I space for 3 people
which no on has claimed. I have had interest expressed, but no actual
reservations. (Although I’m sure you all have reservations about hanging with
me in Vegas, eh? Heh.)
Anyhoo, after I check out 10/25 I still don’t know where I’m
staying the evening of 10/25 through 10/29 or 30 when I plan to come back.
If you’re in, let me know the days, etc. whether or not you’d
throw in on a room, for off days, want a space in mine on the days I’ve got
handled, etc. Just need to get this all sort’ve squared away before I take off
on 10/15.
Of course you’re welcome to drop in, but you’ll have to check
in here to find out the evolution of this trip.

1 Month and Counting . . .
Birthday Jammers!
It is exactly 1 month 'til my birthday though I won't be hitting up Vegas until the 23rd.
I've heard a few things from a few folks, but if you're planning on going, let me
know and let me know your plans as I'm still working out some details.
Got three spots in my room at the Quad 10.23 - check out on 10.25.
Other than that looking for hook-ups, discounts, shares etc.

Through TR I was able to find two free nights stay at the Quad.
I'll have two Queens (beds pervies) for those nights.
I'll still be looking for deals or splits or stayovers 10/15 - 29 or 30.

New Dates!
Hey y'all!
Had to change the dates. I'll be helping out my brother in NorCal on my actual B-day weekend, but SW had another sale and I was able to change my dates with no price increase so I jumped on it.
Here's the new dates. These won't change.
Well unless somebody pays me something stupid to do something stupid. Unlikely at best.
I will arrive in LV at 9:55p on Wednesday 10/23 and leave by car 10/29 or 30. I have a plan but will welcome back ups.
All other formerly written ideas apply.
